We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to help tell our story, grow our audience, and drive engagement across digital platforms.

About the Role

As REZEO’s Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive user engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in social media management, with a bonus if you have worked with a software company.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with REZEO’s brand and business objectives.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social trends, audience insights, and industry developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Leverage analytics tools to track performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
Manage paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3-7 years of experience in social media management (experience in software is a plus).
✅ Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
✅ Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative mindset.
✅ Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
✅ Ability to craft engaging storytelling that resonates with different audiences.
✅ Experience with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations is a plus.
